Just an update to say that I am running both fisheries again this season – that is the Haven fishery at Cotheridge and the Knightwick Bridge fishery at Knightwick as advertised on here

We had a very successful time with the season just gone with a lot of people beating  their personal best with all sorts of species of fish and also generally having a good time at both fisheries in their surrounds.

I am about to update the photo gallery with photos of last year kindly provided by some of you who came last season – (apologies for not doing it sooner guys!) Also I will try and put some of your comments on here but I am not a computer expert so you may have to bear with me on that one!!

A lot of people have already booked for this coming season but there are spaces left for those who haven’t yet booked or for those of you have not been before (new faces are always welcome).

Both fisheries have secure camping areas again for those who are thinking of camping & both fisheries again have approx 25 -30 swims  each which are strimmed out and steps cut in where needed and also have ropes to assist getting down the river bank.

Every year I go down after the winter floods I can’t believe how the river has changed with some swims completely disappeared – I try to make new ones where I can  but I always say to people please bring a spade to re-cut some of the steps as being soft soil they can sometimes disappear in wet conditions overnight and also if there is some particular part that is not cut out and you fancy creating a another new one with which I do not have problem if some one so wishes to do so

Both fisheries run from to midnight and would ask people to respect these times please

Anybody who would like any further details then please contact me either via email havenfishery@aol.com (probably best) or by phone 07966885562 – I do have some new brochures (which I hope are an improvement!) – for those who would like one then please forward your address to the above

In the meantime if I don’t see you this year I hope you have good time wherever you decide to go & perhaps see you next time

All the very best

tight lines

Richard
